Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been completed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following business day.
If a product is marked with a time delay (for example “2–8 weeks”), it will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Please note that CbyC Jewelry does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Sweden – PostNord Service Point: 1–3 days (Free)
Europe – PostNord or UPS Standard: 1–5 days (Free)
International – 3–7 days: $40.00
Taxes & Duties
Prices shown include VAT within the EU.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Exchange & Returns Policy
We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
Any unworn merchandise you wish to return for a full refund must be sent back to CbyC Jewelry within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges are eligible for up to 30 days after receiving the product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at julia@cbyc.se within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
Please note that the return process begins once we have received and inspected the item and confirmed that it is in its original, unworn condition.
CbyC Jewelry is not responsible for items during return shipment. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
For exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
