Gold Filled
A material we use for all of our chains and findings. It is a thick layer of gold that has been permanently bonded to a core metal through heat and pressure. Unlike regular plating, where the gold only sits on the surface, Gold Filled becomes part of the underlying metal, making it far more durable and giving the jewelry a finish that lasts for many years.
Gold Vermeil
A premium standard of micron plating: 925 sterling silver coated with a thick layer of gold (commonly 18K, which is what we use), with a legal minimum of 2.5 microns. Only jewelry that meets this higher standard can be called Gold Vermeil.
Micron Gold Plating
A gold plating where the thickness of the gold layer is measured and guaranteed and we use this for a small amount of our earrings. Commonly defined as at least 1 micron of gold, which makes it more durable than standard gold plating that is usually only a fraction of that.
925 Sterling Silver
92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. This blend gives the naturally soft silver greater strength and durability, making it perfect for everyday jewelry while maintaining its signature shine and beauty.
White Rhodium
A precious metal from the platinum family, used as a coating on a core metal. Rhodium gives the jewelry a brighter, whiter tone and extra shine while protecting it from scratches and tarnish. The result is a more durable piece that maintains its luster over time.
Black Rhodium
A precious metal from the platinum family, used as a dark coating on a core metal. Black rhodium gives the jewelry a deep grey to black tone with a subtle shine, while protecting the surface from scratches and tarnish. The result is a stronger and more durable piece.
Preciosa Cubic Zirconia
Premium stones with perfect clarity and a diamond-like sparkle. Each stone is laser engraved with “Preciosa” as a mark of authenticity and top quality.
Lab Grown Diamonds
Lab Grown Diamonds are real diamonds, created under controlled conditions that replicate nature’s own process. They share the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds – the difference lies in their origin, not their quality.
Single Cut Diamonds
Natural gemstones with a warm, subtle hue and a timeless charm. Their 17-18 facets create a softer sparkle compared to modern brilliant cuts, highlighting the stone’s natural color and understated elegance.
Cultured Freshwater Pearls
Genuine pearls grown in freshwater mussels with a little help from human hands. A tiny nucleus is carefully placed inside the mussel, encouraging it to coat the bead with layers of nacre. Over time, each pearl develops its own unique shape and luster, making every piece of jewelry one of a kind.
