We want your experience with CbyC to feel reassuring from the moment you place your order. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery, your right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been completed. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following business day.
If a product is marked with a time delay (for example “2–8 weeks”), it will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Please note that CbyC Jewelry does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery
Sweden – PostNord Service Point: 1–3 days (Free)
Europe – PostNord or UPS Standard: 1–5 days (Free)
International – 3–7 days: $40.00
Taxes & Duties
Prices shown include VAT within the EU.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
We hope you'll love your purchase. If not, you always have the right to change your mind.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days: You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. This also applies to sale items.
How to withdraw: Use our form Withdraw from contract here. Enter your order number and email, and you'll receive a confirmation by email right away. You can also notify us at julia@cbyc.se.
Returning the item: Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to: CbyC Jewelry, Strandvägen 7A, 114 56 Stockholm, Sweden. Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Please return the item in its original packaging if possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
We refund the full amount, including any original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of shipment. Refunds are made to your original payment method. You may examine the item as you would in a store. If it has been handled beyond that, for example worn, we may deduct for any reduction in value.
Exchanges
You can exchange for another size or style within 30 days of receiving the item. Contact us at julia@cbyc.se. For exchanges, you cover the return shipping and we cover shipping of the new item.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order, personalised or custom-sized jewellery.
Faulty items
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at julia@cbyc.se. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply regardless of the right of withdrawal.
