At CbyC Jewelry, we understand that jewelry holds both emotional and practical value, and we want you to enjoy your pieces for years to come. If your jewelry breaks, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you find a solution. Send us an email at julia@cbyc.se with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo. We’ll get back to you promptly with suggestions for repair or replacement.
Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Any unused products you wish to return for a full refund must be sent back to CbyC Jewelry within 14 business days of receipt. Exchanges are eligible up to 30 days after receiving the product. Please note, CbyC Jewelry is not responsible for items during return shipping, and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please request a return authorization number by contacting us at julia@cbyc.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
